訂單成立: 訂購完成後，系統會立即發送『確認訂單通知』您的信箱中
而後網站收單人員也會於2~3日內備註「收單及相關貨況更新」於您的訂單備註區
若您未收到『確認訂單通知』信件，可前往訂單查詢該筆訂單，若無此筆訂單，即表示尚未訂購完成
 

訂單查詢/追蹤: 在會員中心選單內點選「查看訂單」或「追蹤我的訂單」
再輸入您的電子郵件及密碼，登入後即可查詢訂單的處理狀態
 

訂單修改: 已提交的訂單(或預購訂單) 則無法進行取消、更改或合併訂單
若還有其他欲選購之商品，須重新操作一次購物流程，成立新的訂單
 

Order placed: Once order established, an 'order confirmation' Email will be sent to your email inbox.
As well, an "order receiving date notice (product purchasing date)" will be remarked in your order remark zone. 
Customer may check your order status in your order detail page if you did not receive order confirmation email from us.
However, if you cannot locate any of your order in your order detail page, it means your order is NOT successfully established.
 

Order Tracking: You may check your order status by entering your email address & password
in 'my order' or 'track my order' menu under 'Member center'.
 

Order Modifying: Once your order (or pre-order) has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Should you wish to order other products, please established a new order.

 ■ ATM 轉帳

提供 “台新銀行、玉山銀行、中國信託、華南銀行、第一銀行、富邦銀行、台灣銀行、土地銀行、彰化銀行、永豐銀行、國泰世華銀行、大眾銀行”
提款機進行轉帳享 0 元手續費；至他行ATM提款機則須支付跨行手續費 15 元。

* 若逾期未繳，該筆訂單將自動取消，請重新購買商品，再次完成轉帳，避免佔用庫存數量。

 

■ 線上刷卡(一次付清/ 3期0利率): VISA 、 MASTER、 JCB

本公司提供 VISA / MASTER / JCB 等卡片進行刷卡消費，消費者不須支付任何手續費用。
為了保護其信用卡資料安全，本公司採用傳輸時採取256-bit SSL加密技術，安全程度相當嚴謹，消費者可放心在線上刷卡購物。

 

■ 超商代碼繳費 : 全家、OK、萊爾富超商

當付款成功後，系統會跳至訂單成功頁，請將此頁訊息(超商代碼)記下，並前往超商繳款。

* 若逾期未繳，該筆訂單將自動取消，請重新購買商品，再次取得新代碼。

*『全家/OK超商』: 取得超商繳費代碼後，請至超商機台點選: 繳費>代碼輸入>確認螢幕顯示的金額及項目無誤後，

列印繳費單>至臨櫃繳費。手續費由本商店負擔，因此結帳時不需再另收取手續費。

*『萊爾富超商』:取得超商繳費代碼後，請至萊爾富超商機台點選: 代收繳費>網路交易>代碼繳費>代碼輸入>確認螢幕顯示的金額及項目無誤後，
列印繳費單>至臨櫃繳費。手續費由本商店負擔，因此結帳時不需再另收取手續費。

寄貨/運費 | delivery & shipping policy
 

台灣全省及離島地區 /Main island of Taiwan and its outlying islands

* 訂單款項全額付清，待商品到貨之後，即於周一至周五安排出貨- 出貨時間視出貨人員當日安排 (不含週六、日及國定例假日)。

* 不提供到貨付款服務。
 

* Delivery will be arranged after full payment within Monday to Friday (not including weekends & public holidays).

* We do not offer cash on delivery.

 

■ 全家、萊爾富、OK超商門市取貨  (3~5日寄達指定門市) $65  / CVS

( 因7-11常有包裹遺失狀況, 目前不接受7-11取貨方式)

* 每筆訂單僅適用於2雙以下之運送 (超商運送體積限制)，若超過第3雙，則該單恕不受理，須請顧客自行另建新單。

*  若選取『超商取貨』, 請您記得勾選 『超商取貨付款』。

*  選取「超商取件」請務必提供正確 取件人姓名 (需同身分證姓名)、取件人手機號碼、確認取貨門市。

*  訂單確認、並完成付款後，門市取件地點是無法再修改的; 因此須請您再三確認後。

 *  請等收到『手機簡訊取貨通知』後，再攜帶身份證(取貨不付款之客戶需出示證件)，前往門市取貨即可。

*  請於收到簡訊通知7日內(含週六日)前往門市取貨。

* 選擇「超商取貨付款」若未事先通知取消訂單、棄訂、或惡意不取貨，本公司一律經司法程序尋求相應損失; 若需延期送貨，
請務必於「備註欄、或告知Line@客服」，以便相應安排，感謝您的合作。
 

  (Pick-up & Pay at a nearby Family Mart, Hi-Life, OK CVS at Taiwan main island only)
(Arrived within 3~5 days at the designated CVS) Only applicable within 2 pairs of Shoe purchase.

* The pickup person will need to provide his/her correct mobile number,
fill-in the correct CVS code and show his/her ID (as appears on the ID to be presented) at the store when pick-up the package.

* Once an order is placed and CVS location is submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled;
therefore, please make sure your fill-in the correct CVS code.

* Please wait to pick up your product at CVS along with your ID "after" you received the pick-up notice via SMS.

* Please pick-up your product within 7 days (including weekends) after you received the SMS pick-up notice.

 

■  郵寄 (2~3日內寄達/尖峰時期不定) $80  / POST

台灣本島及澎湖地區 (滿額免運一律使用郵寄寄貨)
